Questions
When do I get points for an order?
Once your order is delivered and paid. Cancelled, refused or returned orders don't earn points, and points from a returned order are removed.
How much is a point worth?
Every 1 LE you spend earns 1 point. 1,000 points = 50 LE off, so points are worth 5% back on everything you buy.
Do my points expire?
Your points don't expire.
Can I use points with other offers?
One reward per order. Rewards can be combined with free delivery over 1,500 LE but not with other discount codes.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your personal link. Your friend gets a welcome discount on their first order, and you get your referral points once their order is delivered.
