Terms of service

These terms apply when you use cyrusco.online or buy from Cyrus. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Exchange & Refund Policy.

About us

Cyrus is an Egyptian streetwear brand. Our store runs on Shopify.

Products

We try to show every product accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Product details, prices and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or stop selling an item at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp before shipping it, and we may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we can't reach you to confirm. If we cancel, we'll let you know.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. You can pay cash on delivery. Delivery fees are shown at checkout, and delivery is free on orders of 1,500 LE or more.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. These times are estimates, and we're not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

Exchanges and refunds

Exchanges and refunds follow our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Cyrus Club

Loyalty points and rewards follow the rules on the Cyrus Club page. Points have no cash value, and we may change the programme or cancel points earned through misuse.

Our content

Our designs, logos, photos and text belong to Cyrus. You can't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, place fake orders, or try to interfere with how it works. We may block accounts or orders that do.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Cyrus isn't liable for indirect losses from using the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it's posted.
